poi, hula hoop, diablo, as well as
acrobatics, tumbling and 
doubles acro (acro balance).

Bring a packed lunch !!

Acro / Flex Classes

All things Acrobatics, flexibility, tumbling, stretch, strength, gymnastics and yoga to help maintain and improve your skills throughout the summer holidays. Maybe it’s your first ever time trying out a class like this and begin your flexi and fitness journey...come along and try it!

This class is for all levels and ages including adults!

Classes are prepared and planned to help lengthen and strengthen muscles ideal for day to day life to help mobility and muscle aches as well as current dance students, sports, performing and circus arts students and artists from everywhere.

Safe and friendly with a fun but informative class on how to safely do each exercise, designed to challenge you without injury. All abilities are welcome, especially our compete beginners, you’ve got to start somewhere!

Class Dates:
July 28th 
Aug 11th & 18th
September 1st


Beginners : 5-6pm
Intermediate : 6-7pm
Adult : 7-8pm
