Once again Team Adagio pulled out all the stops the attainment of awards throughout the grades was phenomenal.

YAGP 2018
We couldn't be prouder of our four selected girls who went to Paris earlier in November to compete in the Young America Grand Prix Competition. Not only did these girls rise to the challenge they performed and represented the school with such professionalism.
They had the chance to take class in the world famous Paris Opera Ballet School which only opens their doors to this competition what an experience!!!
The girls not only danced Classical Solo's from famous classical repertoire they also showed their versatility in performing specially arranged contemporary solo's devised by Gregory Apostilidis and had the most amazing time being coached by him.
The marks and comments from the highly acclaimed judges were amazing and in their classical solos as high as 92 out of 100 with lovely encouraging comments.

Summer Term 2018 Comes To An End
As the end of the school year draws to a close we wish our leavers a fond farewell and look forward to hearing all about their next ventures.
It gives us time to reflect on the achievements throughout the year from Our very little pupils to the most advanced. The dedication from all the staff who have nurtured and developed each and every pupil is outstanding.
As the school closes for the summer break and in line with the ethos and vision of this school we wish all students who are off to summer schools around the country and abroad a fantastic time!

Graduate Successes for 2018
We are Proud to announce that Five of our pupils graduate this year and have been accepted into the most prestigious Schools and Colleges.
We couldn't be prouder of all they have achieved and are so very pleased for them to realise their dreams and go on to fulfil their ambitions.
Leila was offered Central School of Ballet London and Elmhurst Ballet School and is accepting her place at Elmhurst.
Emma was offered and accepted Central School of Ballet London.
Skye was offered Masters Performing Arts and Laine Theatre Arts and has accepted her place at Laine Theatre Arts
Lois was offered Arts Educational Chiswick, Performers College, Italia Conti and Urdang and is accepting her place at Urdang
Rebeccca has been offer RADA and is accepting her place in September
Secret Garden Trailer
Show Success!
Our Juniors had their very own show this year in our own studio theatre that transformed into a wonderful secret garden with all the magic you could expect.
From 2years to 10years the pupils all got involved in the Secret Garden, from dancing frogs to beautiful butterflies and Jazzy spiders everyone had a wonderful time and for parents it was so nice to see their young children featured in a full length show with happy smiling faces throughly enjoying themselves.

Festival News
There have been Many Many Successes over the course of the school year. So Many Gold medals and cups won from a variety of Our Festival Team. Silver and Bronze medals were also won in the same sections when others won Gold and the trophies are over spilling the pupils cabinets.
So pleased that Team Adagio has been outstanding in their successes this year and look forward to same level of achievement in our 2018/2019 season.

The Seniors had a inspirational Master Class with Merritt Moore who thoroughly enjoyed the girls and was amazed at their technique and artistry.
As always Adagio supports these masterclasses as part of pupils development and learning.

What an honour not only for Heidi to represent the Imperial Ballet but as teachers Myself and Miss Swain can only say how proud we are to be ISTD teachers and see the incredible work that this society produces across Every Theatre Genre.

Five pupils have accepted on to the Royal Ballet Spring Intensive Course!
Four are attending White Lodge London and this will be Molly's second acceptance after this years Summer School
Darcey has been accepted on the Hong Kong Spring Intensive again a second opportunity after attending this years Summer School
We still await news on Katie who is on the waiting list we will keep our fingers crossed !!
